Hi, I’m Tayler Hobson, the Founder of this amazing venture. I’m a licensed real estate agent with over five years of experience spread across three different states. My journey has seen me take on various roles—from being a frontline realtor to serving as a personal assistant to leading real estate agents, and even managing transactions as a coordinator.
What sets me apart is my knack for spotting inefficiencies in systems and coming up with solutions to fix them. I’ve noticed that many real estate agents are excellent at their job but often struggle with the business side of things. That’s the gap I aim to fill.
When I’m not immersed in revolutionizing the real estate industry, you’ll find me obsessively learning about different businesses or exploring topics that intrigue me. But work aside, what matters most to me is family. I cherish my time with my wife and our two kids, and I’m always up for an adventure—from rock climbing to trying out something new and exciting.
My guiding philosophy is inspired by the concept of a personal legend from the book “The Alchemist.” I believe in creating the best life for my family and the people I care about, all while being honest, uplifting, decisive, and ever-ready to lend a helping hand.
